Staying in a lying position for some time as required, such as remaining in a prone position in a bed.

staying in a prone (face down or prostrate), supine (face upwards) or side-lying position
Staying in a squatting position for some time as required, such as when sitting on the floor without a seat. Staying in a kneeling position where the body is supported by the knees with legs bent for some time as required, such as during prayers in church. Staying in a seated position, on a seat or the floor, for some time as required, such as when sitting at a desk or table.
