Inclusion
sensations of generalized or localized pain in one or more body part, pain in a dermatome, stabbing pain, burning pain, dull pain, aching pain; impairments such as myalgia, analgesia and hyperalgesia

Sensation of unpleasant feeling indicating potential or actual damage to some body structure felt all over, or throughout the body. Sensation of unpleasant feeling indicating potential or actual damage to some body structure felt in a specific part, or parts, of the body. Unpleasant sensation indicating potential or actual damage to some body structure located in several body parts. Unpleasant sensation indicating potential or actual damage to some body structure located in areas of skin served by the same nerve root. Unpleasant sensation indicating potential or actual damage to some body structure located in areas of skin in different body parts not served by the same nerve root.
